Cudly Massage and Wellness Policies

It is our intention to provide our clients with a professional and therapeutic massage, fitness, and wellness experience. The following policies and procedures are in place to ensure a positive and professional experience for all Cudly Massage and Wellness clients.

In our commitment to provide a unique and outstanding experience to all of our clients, and out of consideration for our therapists’ time, we have adopted the following policies.

Reserving an appointment

We now require a valid credit card to reserve your appointment. There will be no charge to your credit card unless you choose to pay with it at the time of your appointment or in the case of a no-show or late cancellation. Please scroll down to read our No-Show and Late Cancellation policies.


Confirmation and Reminders

It is the client's responsibility to know the day/time of the scheduled appointment, but we do offer a several ways to help you remember. If you have provided us with a valid email address and cell phone number, you will receive notifications. A confirmation email is sent at the time of scheduling. A reminder email is sent 24 hours prior to your appointment. Another email reminder and a text message reminder are sent one hour prior to your appointment. Given the number of reminders sent, we do not make phone call reminders. 


Cancellation policy

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice, you will be charged 50% of the amount of your missed appointment. This amount will be charged to your card on file.



Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a "no-show." You will be charged the full amount of your missed appointment. This amount will be charged to your card on file.

Class Series

Class sizes are very limited. When a series of classes is registered and paid for,  24 hour notice prior to the first class is required to cancel the series. No refunds will be given after the 24 hour window of the first class. 

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your practitioner will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a session. Regardless of the length of session actually given, you will be responsible for the price of the "full" appointment. Out of respect and consideration to your practitioner and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time. 


Existing and New Medical Conditions

It is the responsibility of the client to keep the Cudly Massage and Wellness informed of any medical treatment currently being taken. If needed, it is also the responsibility of the client to provide written permission from the physician, chiropractor, physical therapist, etc.,
The client must also keep Cudly Massage and Wellness informed of any changes in health conditions.

Membership Policy

  1. Membership is a commitment for a period of 6 months at the level mentioned in the chart per month where your membership auto-renews and is a continuing relationship.

  2. Any credit in a member account is redeemable for a massage only and is not redeemable as cash. Unused amounts up to two appointments roll over.

  3. You may upgrade to a longer session at additional charge.

  4. Memberships and any unused massages cannot be transferred to other parties.

  5. Members are required to notify CM&W of any change, either by logging into account or in writing, in their credit card or account information on file prior to the next direct debit date.

  6. Any update to a member’s personal details are required to be advised by the member, including change of address, email address, or phone number.

  7. If through no fault of CM&W, your payment account does not contain sufficient funds to complete the transaction or your payment account or credit card does not otherwise permit the transaction, you will be charged a $35 insufficient funds fee, your account will freeze, and we will contact you to update your account with a working payment. 

  8. In the event your account is frozen, your benefits will be unavailable.

  9. CM&W members can log into their account at by clicking "log in" in the top right corner of appointment widget.

  10. A member can roll forward their unused member massages for a period of 2 months (60 days). 

  11. In the event of membership cancellation or you decide not to renew your membership, all unused sessions will expire at the time of cancellation. 

  12. In the event you have special circumstances arise where your membership needs suspending, please contact us to discuss possible arrangements. 

  13. Membership is a commitment for a period of 6 months. In the event a member requires cancelling their membership prior to the end of the 6 month period, a fee of two months membership applies, where the member will be provided with a gift certificate for two massages to be used by end of expiry date.

  14. CM&W reserves the right to change clinic rules, regulations, and pricing at any time upon providing notice. 

  15. All members agree to follow clinic rules and policies, and accept CM&W has the right to refuse or discontinue membership to any member for any reason.
