Chester Cudly is a labradoodle who is preparing for formal therapy dog training. He was born March 31, 2019, and ever since Briana brought him home, he has been working on manners and being good around clients. He likes to come to the Fremont office several days a week to say hi to clients and provide some pre-session de-stressing as they walk through the door and wait for their appointments.
Chester believes in brightening everyone’s day with the wag of his tail and beginning the relaxation process before even entering the treatment room.

Briana C. Cudly BS, LMT has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2005. She has a Bachelors degree in Biology from the University of Nebraska Omaha, and studied Anatomy and Physiology at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. In 2005 Briana graduated from Omaha School of Massage Therapy (OSMT) and obtained her National Certification in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCTMB). She then started her own practice, as well as taught Traditional Chinese Medicine at OSMT. Briana specializes in, but is not limited to, Headache Care and Sports Massage. She has worked with athletes of all calibers, including the Olympic Swim Trials, UFL Omaha Nighthawks, LFL Omaha Heart, Lincoln Marathon, and many more. She is also member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) and serves as Board Member and Government Relations Chair for AMTA-NE.
Briana believes everyone should play an active role in their own healthcare and that prevention is the key to a healthy life. As a massage therapist, she works to educate the public on the physiological and psychological benefits of massage. Briana knows that as this education takes place, the perception of massage will change from that of pampering to that of healthcare.
Jill Murray has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2001 after graduating from Universal College of Healing Arts (UCHA). She worked as a Massage Therapist in a chiropractic clinic for seven years before becoming an instructor at UCHA supervising the student clinic. She helped organize and participated as a Massage Therapist in the 2008 and 2012 Swimvitationals and Olympic Swim Trials. She came back to Fremont to practice massage in 2013 and worked as a Massage Therapist at Cudly Massage in 2016. Unfortunately, spring of 2016 brought about hand surgery and she has had to significantly cut back on her hands on work. But where one door closes another opens; this has opened up the opportunity for Jill to shift her focus and specialize in light touch therapy. Jill believes the touch of a compassionate bodyworker enhance the health and wellbeing of all those you encounter it. Her goal is to go into the world and make it a better place, one body at a time.
Even though she doesn't do as many massages as she used to, she is thrilled to be more involved on the managerial side. You'll find Jill running the show in the afternoons and evenings at Cudly Massage and Wellness. When she isn't taking care of the office you will most likely find her enjoying the wildlife in the woods around her house or caring for her husband, 2 children, 8 grandchildren, 4 goats and 7 cats.

Anna Swahn has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2008 after she graduated from Omaha School of Massage Therapy. She started out massaging at a personal trainer's studio, then worked as a Massage Therapist in a Chiropractic clinic for 9 years, 5 of those years were in a Chiropractic office in Phoenix, Arizona. Anna's focus is deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, pregnancy massage, cupping, and hot stone massage. She also likes working with cancer patients and cancer survivors. Anna believes, Everyone should get a massage! Maintenance routine massages are a very important part of mental, emotional, and physical health. Anna has always enjoyed helping people. She focuses on communicate with clients to find the right massage treatment for each individual. When she is not massaging she is spending time with her daughter and traveling.
Katie moved from Arizona & is working as the Front Office Assistant here at CM&W. She is a Licensed Massage Therapist in Arizona and Nebraska.
She enjoys working with people & spending time in nature. She looks forward to experiencing what Nebraska has to offer.

Rod Johnson BS, MS, LMT has been a Licensed Massage therapist since 2009 when he graduated from Omaha School of Massage Therapy. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work from Presentation College and a Masters of Science in Health and Human Serves from Doane University. Rod played college basketball and professional basketball overseas as well as coached college basketball. This experience directly affects his perspective on the importance of massage therapy as part of an active lifestyle. Rod believes, no matter where one is on the activity spectrum - professional athlete to geriatric - massage therapy is an integral part of a healthy lifestyle.
Rod enjoys deep tissue work, sports massage, and stretching as well as lighter work and comfort touch. When Rod is not treating clients at CM&W, he is doing out calls at senior living facilities in Omaha. Many of his clients are hospice patients, which can be emotionally difficult. But, this is far outweighed by the reward of providing comfort, peace, and dignity to clients and their families in difficult times.
Lili is senior at Fremont High School and working as Front Office Associate here at CM&W part time. Lili helps with office work, phones, and other tasks around the office.
She is highly involved in performing arts at FHS, so when you don't see her at the office you, are likely to find her onstage in most of the school's productions and concerts.

Jeanne Kocher has been a Certified Medical Support Clinical Hypnotherapist since 2016 when she completed her training at the Hypnotherapy Academy of America in Albuquerque, New Mexico. As a Hypnotist Practitioner, Jeanne holds diplomas in Hypnotherapy; Clinical Hypnotherapy; and Natal, Interlife, and Past-Life Regression Therapy. Jeanne is also a fellow of the International Board of Hypnotherapy.
Hypnosis is a natural yet altered state of mind that allows a person to relax in order to focus on and receive positive suggestions for positive change. Jeanne guides you to this state of mind to help with pain management, weight loss, anxiety and stress issues, insomnia, behavior issues or other habit changes in order to help you achieve your goal of living happier and healthier.
