Confirmation and Reminders
It is the client's responsibility to know the day/time of the scheduled appointment, but we do offer a several ways to help you remember. If you have provided us with a valid email address and cell phone number, you will receive notifications. A confirmation email is sent at the time of scheduling. A reminder email is sent 24 hours prior to your appointment. Another email reminder and a text message reminder are sent 1 hour prior to your appointment. Given the number of reminders sent, we do not make phone call reminders.
6 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 6 hours advance notice, you will be charged $30. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a "no-show." You will be charged the full amount of your missed appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your practitioner will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a session. Regardless of the length of session actually given, you will be responsible for the price of the "full" appointment. Out of respect and consideration to your practitioner and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
It is the responsibility of the client to keep the Cudly Massage and Wellness informed of any medical treatment currently being taken. If needed, it is also the responsibility of the client to provide written permission from the physician, chiropractor, physical therapist, etc.,
The client must also keep Cudly Massage and Wellness informed of any changes in health conditions.
